Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs for 5 minutes.
Add sugar, pumpkin and vanilla.
Mix in bowl the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, baking powder and salt.
Add to first mixture.
Pour onto cookie sheet that has been greased well and floured.
Sprinkle 1 cup chopped nuts over cake and bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0, no more than 15 minutes
