Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8-10 potatoes
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    Butter to taste
Preparation
    Whip all ingredients together as you would mashed potatoes. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and butter.
    Can be made up to 2 days before serving. They taste
    better because the flavors have time to marry.
