Beef Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. salt
3/4 c. soy sauce
pepper
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients in a marinade container.
Let meat marinate overnight or at least 12 hours.
