Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Pare potatoes; slice thin.
    Make white sauce of margarine, flour and milk.
    Put half of potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole dish; cover with half of sauce, seasonings and onion.
    Add remaining potatoes, seasonings and onion, then remaining sauce. Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour.
    Uncover and continue baking until top is browned.
