Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (15 oz.) can yellow corn
1 (12 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles
salt and pepper
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook hamburger meat and onion in skillet until lightly browned.
Drain fat.
Cook noodles according to directions. Drain noodles and can of corn.
Mix hamburger, noodles, sour cream, corn, soup, salt and pepper together.
Put in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cook on 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove; add cheese on top. Put back in oven until cheese melts.
