Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bushel tomatoes
2 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
2 c. hot peppers
1 c. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
Preparation

Scald tomatoes and skin them.
Combine all ingredients; simmer for
5
hours.
The
last 10 minutes, add allspice and cinnamon. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
