Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. pickling spice
1 pt. water
Preparation

Heat ingredients together until sugar dissolves.
Cool slightly.
Place hard-boiled eggs in gallon jar; pour syrup over. Refrigerate.
Reduce recipe if you only want to make enough eggs for a quart jar.
