Soft Sesame Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. yeast
    1 tsp. honey
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 c. white flour
    1 egg
    sesame seed
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese (optional)
    vegetable oil (to grease pan)
Preparation
    Start yeast growing, then mix yeast, honey and water.
    Wait 5 to 10 minutes until foamy. While waiting, grate the cheese.
    Mix flours and yeast until dough is smooth and can be easily stretched (5 to 10 minutes).
    Mix in cheese.
    Make 6 to 8 balls of mixture and roll into snake and shape into pretzel.
    Place on greased cookie sheet. Beat the egg and brush on top.
    Sprinkle with sesame seed.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Brown, but still soft.
