Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes (9 large)
    2 to 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. onion salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peeled potatoes boiled, tender, mash, whipped smooth.
    Add ingredients.
    Beat until fluffy, cool and cover and put in refrigerator.
    Use within 2 weeks as needed.
    To heat:
    Dot with butter, bake covered casserole at 350\u00b0.
    Heat through.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 cups.
