Chicken Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. corn flake crumbs or bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute slightly salted and peppered chicken pieces in butter and oil for 10 minutes.
    Cook spinach, drain and squeeze dry.
    Spread spinach in bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with chicken.
