Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 baking potatoes
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    12 oz. American cheese
    small onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes, unwrapped, at 450\u00b0 for about 1 1/4 hours, or until well done.
    Grate cheese in a large bowl; reserve about 1/4 of cheese for top.
    Grate onion.
    Add margarine.
    Split potatoes when done lengthwise; dip out potato meat.
    Mix well with cheese mixture, using electric mixer.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Dip back into shells.
    Sprinkle reserved cheese on top; bake until cheese melts and lightly browns.
