Oven-Fried Herbed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dried bread crumbs
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cut up 3 lb. chicken
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In shallow bowl blend together bread crumbs, (plain salad croutons crushed make a good substitute for dry bread) Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper.
In a small saucepan heat butter and garlic over a low heat until butter is melted and let simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and dip chicken pieces in butter, then dredge in crumb mixture.
Place chicken on foil lined baking pan and sprinkle any remaining crumbs and butter over all. Bake uncovered 45 minutes until done and well browned.
