White Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla and almond
4 egg whites
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar, add flour, baking powder, water and flavorings.
Add stiffly beaten egg whites, fold them in lightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
Put the batter in a large angel cake pan for a birthday cake.
It is lovely used for a brides cake.
May use lemon flavoring.
