Baked Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium Acorn squash
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Cut squash in half length-wise.
    Scoop out seeds.
    Turn cut-side down into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Add about a cup of water to pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven.
    Turn squash halves face up.
    Divide remaining ingredients evenly between the 2 hollows.
    Return to oven.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes more or until squash is very tender.
    (Be careful not to pierce skin.)
    Lift out of pan and onto serving platter.
