Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    3 whole eggs, beaten well
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1 c. whole kernel corn (Mexican)
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    1/2 tsp. red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all
    ingredients;
    cook in well greased 8-inch iron skillet at 400\u00b0 about 35 minutes.
