World'S Best Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box pudding type cake mix
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chocolate chips
    14 oz. pkg. caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients well.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Grease 10 x 14-inch pan.
    Press 1/2 of mixture in bottom of pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven; sprinkle with chocolate chips.
    Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk in double boiler until melted.
    Pour over chocolate chips and add remainder of cake mixture by teaspoonful over top of caramel mixture.
    Bake 18 minutes.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Refrigerate for 1/2 hour and cut into squares.
