Garlic Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head garlic
1 inch olive oil
butter or margarine (the size of an egg)
handful parsley
handful sweet basil
Preparation

Put in blender.
Puree.
After pasta is cooked, use a few spoonfuls of the pasta water to dilute the blended ingredients. Pour over and mix into pasta.
Serve with tossed green salad, bread sticks or garlic bread and salami.
Serves 4.
