Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced ham
    1 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 pt. light cream
    3 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. sharp cheese
Preparation
    Boil ham and water for 10 minutes.
    Add broccoli; cook until tender.
    Blend in shaker the milk, cream and flour; then add to mixture.
    Add Swiss and sharp cheese, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add more milk, if needed.
