Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Add sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Make paste of cocoa and vinegar.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Blend well.
    Add vanilla and food coloring.
    Bake in three layer pans at 350\u00b0 until done.
