Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. tomato soup (can)
3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Knox gelatine (2 packs)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. chopped celery, green pepper and onion
2 c. or 2 cans shrimp
seasoned salt and pepper

Preparation

Place gelatine in 1/2 cup of cold water.
Boil soup, then whip the cream cheese through soup.
Add gelatine soaked in water.
Let mixture cool.
Add mayonnaise, chopped vegetables and shrimp.
Add seasonings.
Cool until molded.
