Mr. F'S Funny Feet Frypan Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar, butter, salt and milk in an electric frypan.
Set dial at 275\u00b0.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil 5 minutes.
Turn off frypan and add marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts.
Stir until chips and marshmallows are melted. Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch square pan.
Cool.
Cut into squares.
Makes 36 pieces.
