Pineapple-Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. butter cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, sugar, flour and cheese in bowl; mix well. Spoon into an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs; drizzle with margarine.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve warm as side dish or dessert.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
