Celery Salad(Goi Can Tay) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. celery, fine shreds (without leaves)
    1 c. carrot, fine shreds
    2 c. cooked chicken, shreds
    1 Tbsp. ginger root, peeled and shredded fine
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
    1 tsp. sesame seed oil
Preparation
    Soak the celery, carrot, salt and ginger in ice water for 1/2 hour (no more than
    1 hour) and drain.
    Add cooked chicken and mix.
    Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
    Mix soy sauce, m.s.g. and sesame seed oil when time to serve.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
