Chicken Salad(Mexican Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked/grilled/broiled chicken (leftovers are great)
    1 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 carrot
    1 stalk celery
    1/2 c. cilantro leaves
    1 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Chop all ingredients (except mayonnaise) by hand or in a Cuisinart until finely chopped.
    Add mayonnaise; more if desire a creamier texture.
    Serve immediately or chill until a later time.
