Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and baking powder into mixing bowl.
Pour oil into a measuring cup; fill the cup with milk.
Make a depression in flour.
Pour in milk mixture all at once.
Stir with steel fork until dough no longer clings to side of bowl.
Pat to 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick in rectangular pan or casserole dish.
Cut, then bake at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Quick and easy.
