Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    5 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients, cut in shortening until crumbly.
    Add milk and form in ball.
    Knead on floured board 1 minute.
    Pat 3/4-inch thick, cut in rounds.
    Cook at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
