Peach Preserve Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. peach preserves
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve soda in buttermilk.
    Mix ingredients as listed.
    When batter is smooth, fold in pecans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
