Chocolate Streusel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 c. cold margarine or butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
    1 egg
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut in margarine until crumbly.
    Reserving 2 cups crumb mixture, press remainder firmly into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth; beat in egg and vanilla.
    Pour over crust.
    Combine pecans with reserved crumb mixture; sprinkle on top.
    Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly. Cool. Chill.
    Store covered in refrigerator.
