Blue Ribbon Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, soda and cinnamon together.
    Form a hole in the center.
    Mix eggs, margarine, zucchini, vanilla and chopped pecans.
    Add to mixed dry ingredients and mix.
    Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serves 8.
