Bean Topper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
salt
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small hot pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp. sugar
black or red pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and let stand for a few hours.
Eat on top of beans or peas.
Adds a fresh vegetable taste to your meal.
