Nana'S Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. flour
    1 c. Crisco
    1 pinch salt
    4 Tbsp. water
    3 c. apples
    sugar (add to taste)
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Blend flour and Crisco, and add water and salt until dough is moist.
    Roll into a ball and set aside.
    Mix apples, sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll out ball of pastry for 2 crusts.
    Put bottom crust into 9-inch pie plate and fill with apple mixture.
    Dot with teaspoon of butter.
    Top with second crust.
    Flute edges and place small slits to let moisture escape.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
