Cranberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs (unbeaten)
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. almond extract
1 (7 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs.
Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with sour cream.
Add extract.
Grease and flour tube pan or 8 x 11-inch loaf pan.
Spread half of batter in pan.
Add half of cranberry sauce on batter.
Add remainder of batter and rest of sauce on top.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done; top with glaze.
