Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 lb. skinned chicken breasts and thighs
    paprika
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except paprika in a cooking pot.
    Sprinkle with paprika and cover.
    Simmer on medium heat until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve with rice.
