    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 hot peppers, seeds removed and chopped
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. creamed corn
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
