Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef brisket (3 to 4 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. garlic, onion and celery salt
    1 (16 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Place brisket in foil.
    Leave room in foil for air space.
    Put fat side of meat up.
    Pierce meat like pie shell.
    Put on sauce and salt and cover with foil.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Open foil and add 2 cups barbecue sauce.
    Bake for 2 more hours.
    Cut meat on cross grain.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
