Squash Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated squash
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    pepper to taste
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine squash, onion, pepper, sugar, salt and flour, blending well. Stir eggs into mixture. Add margarine. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls on greased griddle or skillet. Cook until brown on both sides. Serve at once.
