Miniature Reuben Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Swiss cheese
    1 lb. corned beef
    2 loaves party size pumpernickel or rye bread
    mustard
    Thousand Island dressing
    1 can sauerkraut
Preparation
    Cut Swiss cheese and corned beef into quarters.
    Spread mustard on one side of bread and Thousand Island dressing on other.
    Place Swiss cheese and corned beef and sauerkraut between slices.
    Fry until brown.
    Slice in half (or if you prefer leave whole).
    May be prepared beforehand and frozen until ready to serve at which time place in oven for 10 minutes.
