Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    green pepper, chopped
    black olives, sliced
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef. Add taco seasoning according to package directions. Place in bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish and allow to cool. Layer sour cream over ground beef. Layer refried beans over sour cream. Melt Velveeta cheese; add drained Ro-Tel and pour over beans. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Garnish with green pepper and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
