Chicken In Chablis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boned chicken breasts
    salt
    nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 lb. mushrooms
    2/3 c. white Chablis wine
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt and nutmeg on both sides of breast.
    Brown in butter on each side.
    Add onions, mushrooms and 2/3 cup of wine. Bring to boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove chicken.
