Karen'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. instant rice
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. diced processed American cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Bring water and salt to a boil; add rice and simmer until tender.
    Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Melt butter in skillet and saute onion with remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
