Grandma'S Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup butter
    2 cups sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    4 eggs
    2 cups mashed bananas
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 cups sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla & lemon juice. Add bananas. Sift salt, flour, soda, and baking powder; add alternately with sour cream to banana mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour into 2 greased & floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
