Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Cut in Crisco and blend until it looks like coarse meal.
    Add buttermilk and stir just enough to hold dough together.
    Roll out onto floured board and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 30 medium size biscuits.
