Sausage Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    16 oz. can stewed tomatoes with liquid
    1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    In frypan, brown first three ingredients.
    Drain excess fat. Add all other ingredients except cream cheese.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes stirring frequently.
    Stir in softened cream cheese. Do not boil.
