Carrot Cheddar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oats (uncooked)
    1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded carrots
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. soft butter or margarine
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. small raisins or chopped dates
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/8 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet and flatten.
    Bake for 16 to 18 minutes at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
    Store tightly covered.
