Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple
1 lb. dried apricots
6 c. sugar
juice of 2 lemons
Preparation

Soak apricots overnight, covered with water.
Next day, cook until well done.
When well done, put through sieve.
Add pineapple; boil several minutes, then add sugar and lemon juice. Cook until desired thickness, about a half hour.
