Christmas Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sharp cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
1 small jar pimentos, drained and chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. mayonnaise or more as needed to mix easily
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
enough pecans to roll in and cover

Preparation

Combine all ingredients with mayonnaise to mix easily.
Form into ball.
Roll in pecans.
Wrap in plastic.
Keep refrigerated.
