Cauliflower Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cauliflower, broken into flowerets
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 c. olive oil
    3 pt. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 lb. pasta (vermicelli), broken in half
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large pot, saute garlic in oil. Do not let it brown. Pour in water, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Toss in cauliflower flowerets and pasta. Cook al dente.
    Add parsley and cheese. Allow to sit 1 minute before serving.
    Stir well to mix melted cheese throughout pasta.
