Pepper Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 small can corn (cream-style)
4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/2 c. shortening
Preparation

Heat shortening in skillet; mix all other ingredients.
After shortening has melted, pour into mixture.
Return all mixture into skillet.
Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until done.
