Oven Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken breast
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and paprika.
    Brush chicken with melted butter.
    Coat with flour mixture.
    Arrange chicken in a baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Drain off excess fat. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine soup and milk.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
    Pour mixture over chicken; cover baking dish with foil.
    Continue baking until chicken is tender (about 40 minutes).
    Remove foil the last 10 minutes.
