Jennie'S Golden Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Wash potatoes well and cut into quarters.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt, and pepper in a bag.
    Moisten potatoes with a little milk and shake a few at a time in bag, coating well.
    Melt butter in 13 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch pan.
    Layer potatoes.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, turning once.
